Full guild members (registered and paid) may sign up to attend a catered holiday dinner prior to the June guild meeting.
The dinner will cost $20 per person (INCLUDES tax) and it will be held at the guild meeting location, with food being served at 5:30 pm on 2023 June 12. Dinner attendees are asked to arrive at 5:15 pm so that dinner can start on time and be done before the actual meeting.
Members who are not attending the catered dinner are asked to arrive for the meeting at the normal 6:45 time, prior to the start of the guild meeting at 7:00 pm.
The dinner menu is as follows:
· Hamburgers
· Chicken Skewers
· Salads
A vegetarian option is available for substitution, and must be requested at time of registration.
Registration for the dinner will be open until Friday May 26. Refunds will not be available after Monday June 5th (after this time, if you cannot attend, you can coordinate with another member to attend in your stead (with your original meal choice) – just let the organizers know). Registration may be done via the link below, or in person at the May 9th guild meeting..
Payment is preferred to be by e-transfer to the guild (dtqguild@gmail.com). However, payment by cash or cheque is possible - please provide your payment to the treasurer at either the October or November guild meetings, if you are not paying by e-transfer.
