If you are a Guild Member attending an in-person event such as a workshop, sew day, or retreat, prior to the retreat we ask you to please print and fill out a copy of the Guild medical information form (click on the button below), seal the completed form within an envelope, and print your full name on the outside of the envelope. Bring the sealed envelope with you to the event and provide it to the event coordinator (at the start - prior to sewing). The envelope will only be opened in case of emergency, and if unopened will be returned to you at the end of the event.

DownloadOur Stay at Home retreats are held in a local community hall during the day, and you go home at night. It's the best of both worlds - getting together to sew and socialize with other members, someone else doing the cooking, then getting to sleep in your own bed at the end of the day.
The fall stay at home retreat at Club Loreley in Oshawa will go ahead, following the health and safety protocols prescribed by the Province of Ontario and the local health unit, and requirements of Club Loreley. We require a minimum of 24 persons and there is a maximum of 28.
Attendees must have registered and paid for guild membership for 2023-2024 to be able to attend the retreat.
We will NOT be allowing attendees to bring their own small portable irons at the stay-at-home retreat. Ironing stations will be set up for members to use.
Registration is on a first registered, first served basis, assuming that payments are received on time.

Registration for this event will open to guild members in the evening of Sept 12.
