2026 - 2027 Executive Meeting Dates
The planned dates for virtual executive meetings for the current guild year are as follows:

NOTE: Updates to the schedule will be posted here as soon as possible after any schedule change. Please check prior to attending a meeting, just in case the schedule is updated.
DTQG Executive meetings are held virtually using Zoom and are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of every month except for July. Meetings start at 7:00 PM.
Guild members are welcome to join any of the executive meetings. To join a session, please send an email to the President or Vice President to request the virtual login details, at least five days before the meeting. Please email them directly or use the form on the Contact Us page.
