Full guild members (registered and paid) may sign up to attend a catered dinner prior to the June guild meeting and AGM.
The dinner will cost $39.50 per person (INCLUDES tax) and it will be held at the guild meeting location, with food being served at 5:30 pm on 2023 June 10 prior to the meeting. Dinner attendees are asked to arrive at 5:15 pm so that dinner can start on time and be done before the actual meeting.
Members who are not attending the catered dinner are asked to arrive for the meeting at the normal 6:45 time, prior to the start of the guild meeting at 7:00 pm.
The dinner menu is as follows:
Registration for the dinner will be open until Wednesday May 29. Refunds will not be available after Friday May 31 After this time, if you cannot attend, you can coordinate with another member to attend in your stead – just let the organizers know. Registration is requested to be done on line via the link below, to avoid confusion with two lists (one on line and one in person).
Payment is preferred to be by e-transfer to the guild (dtqguild@gmail.com). However, payment by cheque is possible - please see the President (or assisting volunteer) at the May 13 guild meetings, if you are not paying by e-transfer.
